About Me

Hello, all! My name is Rachel and I’m an early childhood educator with experience in special education. I’m passionate about providing all children with a strong foundation for success in school and in life. I put a large focus on social-emotional learning and inquiry-based learning. I believe that all children can learn and thrive when they are given the opportunity to explore their interests, ask questions, and build relationships with their peers and teachers.

In my classroom, I create a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable taking risks and learning from their mistakes. I believe that every child has something unique to offer, and I strive to create a classroom community where all children feel valued and respected.

I’m committed to working with families to support their children's development. I believe that parents are the first and most important teachers in a child's life, and I value their input and partnership.

I’m excited to continue learning and growing as an educator. I’m always looking for new ways to improve my teaching and to better meet the needs of all of my students.
